Policy

Deposit

A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your desired date and time for a shoot.

The remaining balance is due on our shoot date.

Photos

You will be contacted shortly after session has been booked to discuss further details.

After session is concluded, the proofed photos from our session will be uploaded to an online, then a link will be sent to your your email along with further instructions.

Online gallery will be available for only 30 days after final edits have been added.

Gallery without watermark can be purchased.

Please allow 1-2 weeks after selections have been made for edits to be completed and uploaded.

When booking bigger packages please allow up to 3 weeks to receive final edits.

Edits can be returned within 1-2 days with the “Expedited Edits” add-on when booking.

Rescheduling

The deposit is transferable for only 1 shoot.

Please have a new desired date ready when rescheduling otherwise it will result in a cancellation.

Rescheduling notices within 24 hours of photoshoot would result in cancellation and deposit would be required to book another session.

Travel

Photoshoot services can be booked for locations outside of Charlotte, NC with additional fees.

Travel rates are 65 cent/mile round-trip.

Additional Info

Clients provide props that I don’t already have on hand unless discussed otherwise.

Be sure to arrive early or on time to assure you’re maximizing your photoshoot time.
